What exactly is the role of the ministry of culture in Egypt? I really and honestly don't know. Theater is crap and so is the cinema and music scene. There are hardly any decent books to read, no newspapers or magazines no good radio or TV stations.

In Egypt today, bacteria is the only culture that Egyptians can have.
