In decent airlines:
Hostess: Would you like your dinner Sir?
You: Yes please, what's my choice?
Hostess: Chicken or beef.
In Egypt Air:
Hostess: Are you going to eat?
You: What's my choice?
Hostess: Yes or no?
In decent airlines:
