Our Grand Mufti Is A Dick



I never realized that our mufti was such an asshole before I stumbled accross this on youtube. Our grand mufti, sheikh Ali Gomaa is basically saying that it's OK to beat up your Egyptian wife, but if your wife happens to be Canadian then beating her up might not be such a good idea. Sheikh Gomaa, you are a cunt. If anyone should be beaten up, it's you.

    What about in our thaqafa?! Is it seriously ok and backed up by religion!
    This is why people should interpret religion their own way and not blindly follow a religious figure. I cannot believe that any religion can support this sort of thing. So if you're Canadian you're ok, if you're Egyptian then damn...

    It is very unfortunate that you have decided to use d*** , as***** and c*** in describing the grand mufti of Egypt.
    People who are civilized like yourself, should be able to argue against someone's opinion without having to insult him/her personally, let alone use all this cussing.

  • No, I am Egyptian, and I am not defending the Grand mofti. I am just hoping that one day we can learn how to express ourselves and argue for or against what we believe in the right way.
    You see all those angry demonstrations by Muslims every time they disagree with someone or something, be it a cartoon or the Pope. They reflect very badly on their cause because they choose to answer back aggressively. We realize this and disagree with their uncivilized ways. Well, cussing and obscenities is verbal aggression, and it reflects badly on the cause, just the same.

  • Hope, last night I was thinking about what you wrote and to be honest, I couldn't work it out. I object to a religious leader inciting wife beating yet I am accused of being uncivilized and aggressive. I use words like dick asshole and cunt everyday and I dont mind being labelled uncivilized for that, but I am certainly not an aggressive person. Anyway, I want to tell you about a very strange dream I had last night. I dreamt that I was on a farm and that I had a pet rooster. Then the mufti came riding a donkey. My rooster wandered off near the mufti's donkey. Then all of a sudden the donkey bit one of my rooster's feet off. I went to the mufti and told him "Excuse me Sheikh Gomaa, a foot of my cock is in your ass."

He is considered to be one of the most respected and qualified traditional Islamic scholars alive. He has mastery in numerous Islamic Sciences but particularly specializes in the science of the foundations of Islamic Law, viz Usul al-fiqh. He follows the Shafi`i school of Islamic juruspudence. He is famous in the Islamic world.

    He is the Editor of the Encyclopaedia of Hadith, a sub-project of the greater Sunnah Project of the Thesaurus Islamicus Foundation, which aims at documenting and publishing all works related to Prophetic narrations or Hadith.



    And guess what the highest rate were women get beaten up by their spouses is, the good old USA there is a women beaten up ever 3 minutes as we speak!and yes there are cultures that man's masculinity is a practised in Kakhazistan(look it up) enta akeed men were men are ordered to beat thier wives on the wedding night as a culture!!! 3eeb! to call people names 3eeb!
